The Muncie CS8B-U6807-E1VX or CS8BU6807E1VX is a CS8 Series power take-off with an 8-bolt clutch shift configuration. It covers a broad range of transmission applications, including Allison 1000/2000 series automatics and many popular manual transmissions. Direct mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges plus DIN 5462, and all direct mount flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types extend pump placement flexibility. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is off, and an optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
