The Muncie CS8B-U6812-E1CX or CS8BU6812E1CX is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift configuration. Part of Muncie's CS6/CS8 family, it offers SAE "A", "B", and "BB" plus DIN 5462 direct mount pump flanges that rotate for maximum clearance in tight installations. Nineteen transmission input gear options cover most popular automatic transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series, as well as common manual transmissions. Three remote mount output shaft styles, in both keyed and flange types, provide flexibility for remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
