The Muncie CS8 Series power take-off, part number CS8D-S6809-A1VX or CS8DS6809A1VX, is an 8-bolt clutch-shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and all flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance around the pump. A patented Muncie drag brake locks the output shaft in the off position, preventing unintended rotation. Three remote mount output shaft options cover keyed and flange configurations for remote pump drive flexibility. An optional pulse generator is available to let a System Protection Device monitor PTO shaft speed. Call us to confirm proper fit for your specific transmission and pump combination.
