The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-M6504-E1BX or CS8SM6504E1BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive applications. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges are rotatable to allow maximum clearance for pump positioning. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation whenever the unit is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
