The Muncie CS8S-M6512-P3CX or CS8SM6512P3CX is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO from the CS8 Series, designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. The unit accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pumps, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
