The Muncie CS8 Series power take-off CS8S-S7009-A3BX or CS8SS7009A3BX is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and those flanges rotate to give the pump maximum clearance at installation. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation whenever the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator connects to a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
