The Muncie CS8S-U6004-A1BX or CS8SU6004A1BX is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off assembly configured with an 8-bolt clutch shift. Part of Muncie's CS6/CS8 Series, it covers 19 transmission input gear configurations for compatibility across most popular automatic and manual transmissions. Direct mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, and the rotatable direct mount flanges allow the pump to be positioned for maximum clearance in tight installations. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
