The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6004-H3BX or CS8SU6004H3BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. It offers three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types for remote pump drives. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to maximize clearance around the pump. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available to let a System Protection Device monitor PTO shaft speed.
