The Muncie CS8S-U6005-A3BX or CS8SU6005A3BX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift configuration. It covers a wide spread of transmission applications, with compatibility across most popular automatic and manual transmissions. Direct mount pump flanges accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns, and those flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance for the pump. Three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types add further versatility for remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position, and an optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
