The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6005-H3BX or CS8SU6005H3BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable for maximum pump clearance and accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 mount patterns, covering most common hydraulic pumps. Three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types add versatility for remote pump drive installations. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the "OFF" position. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
