The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6814-H3BX or CS8SU6814H3BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. It offers S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pump flanges that rotate for maximum clearance around surrounding components. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types, making it adaptable for remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is compatible for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
