The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6806-E3PD or CS8SU6806E3PD, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000 and 2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges that let you orient the pump for the best clearance in tight engine bays. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types to suit different pump drive setups. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports shaft speed monitoring through a System Protection Device.
