The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6806-H1KX or CS8SU6806H1KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for versatile remote pump drive applications. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable to maximize installation clearance, and the unit accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump configurations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator can be added to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
