The Muncie CS8S-U6806-H3CX or CS8SU6806H3CX is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. This PTO accommodates 19 transmission input gear configurations, making it compatible with a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options span SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 flanges, with rotatable mounting to position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft styles are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drives. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator integrates with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
