The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6806-H3KX or CS8SU6806H3KX, is an 8-bolt clutch-shift PTO designed for direct-mount and remote pump drive applications. It offers SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct-mount pump flanges, and those flanges are fully rotatable so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance. Three remote-mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types. The patented Muncie drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator can be added to let a System Protection Device monitor shaft speed. The CS8S-U6806-H3KX fits a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions.
