The Muncie CS8S-U6809-H3KX or CS8SU6809H3KX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the CS8 Series, designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. The unit offers three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types, supporting versatile remote pump drive setups. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to give the installer clearance flexibility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation whenever the PTO is switched off, and an optional pulse generator enables System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
