The Muncie CS8S-U6807-A1TX or CS8SU6807A1TX is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO from the CS8 Series, designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. It features three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types for remote pump drives, plus SAE "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 direct mount pump flanges that rotate for maximum pump clearance. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
