The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6807-E1BD or CS8SU6807E1BD, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types to accommodate a range of remote pump drive setups. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the rotatable flange design lets you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
