The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6807-F1BX or CS8SU6807F1BX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types to support remote pump drives. Direct mount pump flanges cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 configurations, and the rotatable flanges allow the pump to be positioned for maximum clearance. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
