The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6807-F1CX or CS8SU6807F1CX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable, so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance in tight installations. SAE "A", "B", and "BB" plus DIN 5462 direct mount pump options cover most popular hydraulic pumps. Three remote mount output shaft configurations in keyed and flange types support versatile pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
