The Muncie CS8S-U6807-S1KX or CS8SU6807S1KX is an 8-bolt clutch-shift power take-off from the CS8 Series, designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. The unit offers three remote-mount output shafts in keyed and flange types for remote pump drives. Direct-mount pump options cover S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation whenever the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator connects to a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
