The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6806-S1KX or CS8SU6806S1KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. It offers three remote mount output shaft configurations in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 flanges, with rotatable direct mount flanges to position the pump for maximum clearance in the chassis. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
