The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6807-S1PX or CS8SU6807S1PX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 bolt patterns, and the rotatable direct mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for versatility in remote pump drive setups. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the unit is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
