The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6809-A1RX or CS8SU6809A1RX, is an 8-bolt clutch-shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct-mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, and the rotatable direct-mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight engine bays. Three remote-mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
