The Muncie CS8S-U6809-A1ZX or CS8SU6809A1ZX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off in Muncie's CS8 Series, designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types to accommodate a wide range of remote pump drive configurations. Direct mount pump flanges in SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns are rotatable, letting you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is off. An optional pulse generator enables a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
