The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6809-E1ZX or CS8SU6809E1ZX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" standards as well as DIN 5462, and the flanges rotate to maximize clearance around your pump installation. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator can be added to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
