The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6809-E1QX or CS8SU6809E1QX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate so you can position the pump for maximum clearance in tight engine compartments. Three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange configurations give flexibility for remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
