The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6809-E3KR or CS8SU6809E3KR, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. It offers S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pump flange options, with rotatable flanges for clearance positioning. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for versatile pump drive setups. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the unit is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft speed monitoring.
