The Muncie CS8S-U6809-E3PX or CS8SU6809E3PX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch-shift engagement. It covers 19 transmission input gear configurations, making it compatible with most popular automatic and manual transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive setups. Direct mount pump flanges meet S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the rotatable flange design allows the pump to be positioned for maximum clearance in tight installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation whenever the PTO is in the OFF position.
