The Muncie CS8S-U6809-E3ZX or CS8SU6809E3ZX is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It accommodates 19 transmission input gear combinations, covering most popular automatic and manual transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange configurations provide flexibility for remote pump drives. Direct mount pump flanges meet SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges are rotatable for maximum clearance during installation. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents unintended shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
