The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-M6512-E3ZX or CS8SM6512E3ZX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO built for direct and remote pump applications on automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Nineteen transmission input gear options cover most popular manual and automatic boxes. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" standards plus DIN 5462, and the flanges rotate to position the pump for maximum clearance. A patented Muncie drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is in the OFF position. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types.
