The Muncie CS8S-U6812-A3VX or CS8SU6812A3VX is an 8-bolt clutch shift Power Take-Off from the CS8 Series, measuring 11.63 in. H x 13.38 in. W x 15.63 in. L. It covers a broad range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to give pumps maximum clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake locks the shaft in the OFF position, and an optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
