The Muncie CS8 Series power take-off, part number CS8S-U6812-E3EX or CS8SU6812E3EX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO built for broad transmission compatibility across both automatic and manual applications, including Allison 1000/2000 series transmissions. Direct mount pump flanges cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 bolt patterns, and all flanges are fully rotatable so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for added versatility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged.
