The Muncie CS8S-U6812-E1SD is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It fits most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series, through 19 transmission input gear options. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for versatility with remote pump drives. Direct mount pump compatibility covers SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 flanges, and the rotatable direct mount flanges allow pump positioning for maximum clearance. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
