The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6812-E3KX or CS8SU6812E3KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges are fully rotatable so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange configurations for versatile pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator interfaces with Muncie's System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
