The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6812-E3KX or CS8BU6812E3KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO from Muncie Power Products. It fits a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series, through 19 available transmission input gear options. Direct mount pump flanges accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 bolt patterns, and the flanges rotate to give maximum clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft configurations - keyed and flange types - are available for flexibility with remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents unwanted shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
