The Muncie CS8S-U6812-P1KX or CS8SU6812P1KX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It covers 19 transmission input gear combinations to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drives. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to allow pump positioning for maximum clearance. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
