The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8S-U6814-A1KX or CS8SU6814A1KX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462, and the rotatable direct mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for versatility in remote pump drive setups. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
