The Muncie SH6F-F8409-A1BX or SH6FF8409A1BX is a heavy-duty SH Series power take-off built for air-shift-only operation in high-torque applications. It fills the performance gap between the Muncie TG and 82 Series, combining a 6-bolt cast iron housing with an integral air shift design that eliminates exposed air cylinders. Five speed ratios are available across the series, with intermittent torque ratings reaching 400 ft-lb (542 Nm) at 76 HP at 1,000 RPM at the higher ratio settings.
