The Muncie SH8B-U6809-P1IX (also referenced as SH8BU6809P1IX) is a Muncie SH Series power take-off built for high-torque, air-shift-only applications. It fills the performance gap between Muncie's TG and 82 Series units. The 8-bolt cast iron housing mounts securely to the transmission, and the integral air shift design eliminates any exposed air cylinder. Five available speed ratios cover a range of drive requirements, while 17 input gear sets accommodate most popular transmission configurations. Twelve output shaft options allow this unit to match most common hydraulic pump interfaces. Intermittent torque ratings reach 400 lb.-ft. at speed ratios 05 and 07 at 1,000 RPM.
