The Muncie SH8B-U6809-P3BX or SH8BU6809P3BX is an 8-bolt, air-shift-only power take-off from the Muncie SH Series, positioned between the TG and 82 Series for demanding torque applications. The integral air shift design keeps the air cylinder fully enclosed inside the housing, eliminating exposed components. Seventeen input gear sets cover most popular transmission bolt patterns, while 12 output shaft options accommodate a wide range of hydraulic pump configurations. Five speed ratios are available across the series; at speed ratio 05 or 07, the SH Series is rated at 76 HP intermittent and up to 400 lb-ft intermittent torque at 1,000 RPM.
