The Muncie SH8D-S6813-E1PX or SH8DS6813E1PX is an SH8 Series power take-off built for high-torque truck applications. Air shift only, with an integral air shift design that keeps the air cylinder fully enclosed inside the housing. The 8-bolt cast iron housing mounts solidly and accommodates 17 input gear sets to fit most popular transmissions. Five speed ratios cover a wide range of pump drive requirements, and 12 output shaft options make it compatible with most common pump types. Torque ratings vary by speed ratio: at ratios 05 and 07, intermittent capacity is 400 lb.ft. (542 Nm) and continuous is 280 lb.ft. (379 Nm); at ratio 09, intermittent is 375 lb.ft. (508 Nm) and continuous is 263 lb.ft. (356 Nm); at ratios 12 and 13, intermittent is 325 lb.ft. (441 Nm) and continuous is 228 lb.ft. (309 Nm).
