The Muncie SH8F-E8007-E1KX or SH8FE8007E1KX is an air-shift power take-off from the Muncie SH Series, designed to bridge the gap between the TG and 82 Series for high-torque truck applications. The 8-bolt cast iron housing mounts securely to the transmission, while the integral air shift eliminates an exposed external air cylinder. With 17 input gear sets, this unit fits most popular transmissions, and 12 output shaft options cover the majority of pump configurations. Five speed ratios are available across the series, with intermittent torque ratings of up to 400 lb.ft. and continuous ratings up to 280 lb.ft. at the higher-speed ratios.
