The Muncie SH8S-M6509-P3EX or SH8SM6509P3EX is an 8-bolt SH8 Series power take-off built for high-torque air-shift applications. It fills the performance gap between the TG and 82 Series PTOs, using an integral air shift design with no exposed air cylinder. The 8-bolt cast iron housing mounts solidly to the transmission, and buyers can choose from 17 input gear sets to match most popular transmission configurations, plus 12 output shaft options to suit a wide range of pump types. Five available speed ratios add flexibility across duty cycles. Intermittent torque ratings reach 400 lb.-ft. at speed ratios 05 and 07, stepping down to 325 lb.-ft. at ratios 12 and 13.
