The Muncie SH8S-M6509-P3IX or SH8SM6509P3IX is an air-shift-only power take-off from the Muncie SH8 Series, engineered for high-torque applications that fall between lighter-duty and heavy-duty PTO classes. The integral air shift design keeps the air cylinder fully enclosed within the housing, eliminating exposed external hardware. The 8-bolt cast iron housing mounts securely to the transmission without adapters in most installations. Five available speed ratios let you match output speed to the driven pump, and 12 output shaft options cover the most widely used pump interfaces. Input gear sets span 17 configurations to fit most popular transmissions. Intermittent torque ratings reach up to 400 lb-ft at speed ratios 05 and 07.
