The Muncie SH8S-U6005-E1CX (also referenced as SH8SU6005E1CX) is a Muncie SH Series power take-off built for high-torque air-shift applications. The SH Series was designed to fill the gap between the TG and 82 Series, and this unit uses an integral air shift design with no exposed air cylinder. The 8-bolt cast iron housing mounts easily to a wide range of transmissions; 17 input gear sets cover most popular transmission models. Five speed ratios offer application flexibility, and 12 output shaft options accommodate most popular pump types. Intermittent torque ratings reach 400 lb-ft (542 Nm) at speed ratios 05 and 07, stepping to 375 lb-ft at ratio 09 and 325 lb-ft at ratios 12 and 13. Available from Pro Gear and Transmission.
