The Muncie SH8 Series Power Take-Off, part number SH8S-U6812-A3SX or SH8SU6812A3SX, is an air-shift-only PTO built for high-torque applications. It fills the gap between the TG and 82 Series in Muncie's lineup. The integral air shift design keeps the air cylinder fully internal, and the 8-bolt cast iron housing makes mounting straightforward on the transmission. With 17 input gear sets, this unit fits most popular transmission models, and 12 output shaft options cover a wide range of pump types. Five available speed ratios let you match output to the demand of the application. Intermittent torque ratings range from 325 to 400 lb-ft depending on the speed ratio selected.
