The Muncie 49TA6224 is an SAE housing for the EX Drive Shaft Extension, designed for use on Allison 4000 series transmissions equipped with a retarder or cooler. This housing measures 23.00 inches flange to flange and is part of Muncie's steel housing EX Drive system, which allows large gear or piston pumps to be direct-mounted to the transmission without a conventional driveline.
