The Wabco 461-315-008-0 or 4613150080 is a foot brake valve for a truck air system. Pressing the pedal lets stored air through to the brake circuits, and lifting off exhausts that air so the brakes release. It has four M16 x 1.5 ports (11, 12, 21 and 22), a union at port 3 and a union exhaust, with four 9.0 mm mounting holes on a 2.4 x 2.4 in pattern in a 95 x 154 x 83 mm body rated to 145.0 psi.
A worn valve tends to show itself as a steady hiss from the exhaust at the base of the pedal, or as a lag before the brakes come on.
