The Chelsea 249HMLLX-BV25 is a Power Take-Off unit from the Chelsea 249 Series, engineered specifically for the Ford 6R140 TorqShift 6 automatic transmission with a 6-bolt Ford mounting pattern. The 249 Series is Chelsea's patented noise-reduction PTO, the only unit in its class designed to suppress torsional noise on Ford Super Duty applications. Shift is hydraulic, with a single hose connection and an integrated actuation valve and cartridge pressure switch that simplify installation and reduce leak paths. The series carries an intermittent torque rating up to 200 lb-ft and supports 56+ HP output. Available for both 2WD and 4WD applications, the 249 Series is used across aerial, service truck, small dump, tow and recovery, and fire and rescue markets.
